3-room-apartment (102 sqm) in the first floor of a grand period building with high stucco ceilings, in a perfect location near Freidrichstrasse. There are two living rooms, a dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a comfortable futon bed plus a large convertible sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels are included.

The flat has got a TV, a hi-fi, and generous space for clothes and luggage. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric stove, fridge, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, dishes, and kitchenware from wine glasses to frying pans: everything you need for a quick breakfast or a luxurious dinner.

This is one of the best locations in the city, close to the famous Friedrichstrasse. Many of Berlin's attractions can be reached on foot.

The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin (see the green point on the left picture) and is situated in the side wing (right hand side) on the first floor. You can reach many of Berlin's attractions by foot in a few minutes.

Welcoming living room

Price per overnight stay for 1-6 people: 120 Euro plus a one-off charge of 30€ for final cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are included. A special baby bed is available upon request for 10 Euro per night.

We can personally welcome you to the apartment.

Arrival and departure in the night (21.00-8.00) cost 20€ extra. The payment should be made 30 days before arrival. For cancellations under 30 days you have to pay the whole rent.

How to reach the apartment when arriving in Berlin:

By Road:
The nearest motorway exit is to the north of the city centre and is called Seestrasse. Since 1st January 2008, Berlin's inner city is an "environmental zone", where only cars that comply with strict emission standards are allowed. You will need a sticker with information about the emission standards of your car.

By Air:
From Tegel airport, take the TX9 bus to the stop "Hauptbahnhof" (central station), take the S7 (or another line) to "Friedrichstrasse" (34 mins).
From Schönefeld airport, take the regional train RE7 ("Airport Express" to Friedrichstrasse train station (43 mins).

By Train:
From the Hauptbahnhof (central train station), take the S7 (or another line) to "Friedrichstrasse" stop (7 mins). Alternatively, you can take a taxi or, if you are carrying only hand luggage, it is possible to walk in less than 15 minutes.
