Prices

All prices are inclusive 19% tax. Final cleaning 25 euro. You will find sufficient bed clothes and towels in all apartments (off course, on request you receive more, free of charge).

Pleae note offers don't apply to special events (e. g. sylvester) or holidays (christmas, new year as example). However, we would be pleased to advise you what your chosen apartment is offering during these periods.

+ 15 % (high season, 01 Jul - 30 Sep)
+ 30 % ( Berlin Marathon, Easter, Berlinale, 01 May, 03 Oct, special events)
+ 100 % (New Year's Eve, 27 Dec-03 Jan)
