How does booking work?
All you need to do is send the electronic registration form or leave us a message +49 (0)30 21473872 (we will contact you immediately). We then send you confirmation and you can book informally by e-mail, fax or phone whenever you like.

How do I pay?
You pay either by bank transfer to our account in advance or when you pick up the key on the day you arrive.

Breakfast?
We don’t offer breakfast ourselves, but all our apartments are completely equipped for self-catering. And there are numerous restaurants in the local area that cater for every taste imaginable.

Bed linen and towels?

Everything is available in good supply. If you need more of anything, just let us know. We’ll be happy to bring it – free of charge, of course.

Are there reductions?
Of course. If you book for longer than a week, just ask us. Subject to the availability of suitable family apartments, 1 or 2 children under the age of 12 sharing with 2 adults are accommodated free. If no family apartmens are available, or if you prefer your children to have their own room, we offer special rates for their accommodation and our reservations team will be pleased to advise you. When up to 3 children are sharing with 1 adult, 1 child is accommodated free and the 2nd and 3rd children are charged 50% of the adult room rate. Children between 13 and 18 charged 50% of the adult room rate.
