Nice guestroom nearby Eisenacher Strasse

A comfortable, separate guestroom (19 sqm, for max. two people) with a sleep couch and a confortable bed in a beautiful well-kept old Berlin building in the front house – stilish and attractively furnished. Bath to share (the rooms are part of an inhabited 4-room-apartment of 115 sqm). Another room located opposite can be rented additionally. Free WLAN-Access.

The apartment is situated in Schöneberg, a central area close to Kudamm, Berlin`s famous shopping and lounging mile. You live between city-west and city-east in optimal situation of an interesting scene between Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz and close to Tiergarten, Berlin`s largest city park, reputed to be one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.

Numerous shopping opportunities close to the lively cultural-, scenic- and night life directly before the door. A large and beautiful market (Winterfeldmarkt) very near by, reputed as one of the most interesting markets in Berlin.

You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe`s and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by entice to diversified shopping sprees.

In Berlin you find a very dense public transportation net. Many sights are directy and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring it along at all. The apartment lies directly at underground station Nollendorfplatz in the western city near Kudamm and Zoological garden, the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. Several underground lines, (night -) buses and a taxi stand are right in front of the door.

The next motorway departure is appropriate for a few car minutes far away in the south of the apartment and is called "Innsbrucker Platz"

From the airport Tegel you take the bus 109 up to the station "Jakob-Kaiser-Platz" and rise there into the U7 (direction "Rudow") and drive up to the station "Eisenacher Strasse" (24 min.). From the airport Schönefeld you take the bus X7 (direction "Rudow") to the station "Rudow" and change into the Underground U7 (direction "Rathaus Spandau") and leave at the station "Eisenacher Strasse" (44 min.).

From Hauptbahnhof (central station) you take the S75 (or another line) to the station "Charlottenburg", go to the underground station "Wilrmsdorfer Strasse", take the U7 (direction "Rudow") to the station "Eisenacher Strasse" (24 min.).
