Pretty Guestroom (13 sqm, max. 2 people) in "art noveau" (old building) with an extensive living-room with a confortable bed (160x205). Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, dishes from wine glass to frying pan, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, toaster serves the fast breakfast as well as an extended and delightful dinner. Bathroom with shower, enough storage place. Towels and bed-clothes are incl. Free WLAN (internet connection) available.

The building is only few mintues away from city east or west. You are in the old alternative center of berlin. From here you can catch all cultural events, restaurants, cafes, supermarket are in the immediate neighbourhood. Public transport, night-busses takes a two minutes walk.

You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe`s and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by entice to diversified shopping sprees.

Germany's largest city is open and cosmopolitan, allowing for every kind of life style.

The unexhaustible urban diversity of Berlin makes for a quality of life that is particularly appealing. Berlin is rich in signs of its history and its present, in inner city landscapes and urban closeness, in big city life, and in peaceful places.

In Berlin you find a very dense public transportation net. Many sights are directy and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring it along at all. The apartment lies directly at U-train station Nollendorfplatz in the western city near Kudamm and Zoological garden, the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. Several underground lines, (night -) buses and a taxi stand are right in front of the door.

The next motorway departure is appropriate for a few car minutes far away in the south of the apartment and is called "Tempelhof."

From the airport Tegel you take the bus 109 (direction "Zoologischer Garten") up to the station "Jacob-Kaiser-Platz" and rise there into the U7 (direction "Rudow") and drive up to the station "Gneisenaustraße" (about 32 min.). From the airport Schönefeld you take the X7 (direction "Rudow") to the station "Rudow", change into the Underground U7 (direction "Rathaus Spandau") to the station "Gneisenaustraße" (about 34 min.).

From Hauptbahnhof (central station) you take the S-Bahn (direction "Friedrichstraße") and rise there into U6 (direction "Alt-Mariendorf") and drive up to the station "Mehringdamm", change into the Underground U7 (direction "Rudow") to the station "Gneisenaustraße" (about 17 min.).
