Pretty 2-room-apartment (56 sqm) in a quiet sidestreet nearby Nollendorfplatz. The apartment is centrally located in the Berlin district of Schöneberg. Tourist attractions like Kudamm Boulevard, KaDeWe (Departmentstore of the West) and the Gedächtniskirche (Memorial Church) are easily reached by foot. Due to an extensive network of public transport, you will easily reach other famous sights of the city, like Brandenburger Gate, Potsdamer Square and Reichstag. Just around the corner from your flat you will find several restaurants, bars and cafes which makes it possible for you to enjoy your evening in the area where you are staying and get a taste of Berlin's nightlife.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a classical courtyard building of Berlin. The tasteful decoration gives the flat a charming atmosphere. Two rooms are separated by a hallway. A tiled bathroom with bath & window and a kitchen with a dining corner rounds it all off.
TV, Radio, generous space for clothes and luggage. Fully equipped kitchen with eating space. Electric stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes from wine glass to frying pan, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, toaster serves the fast breakfast as well as an extended and delightful dinner.

The apartment is situated in Schöneberg, a central area close to Kudamm, Berlin`s famous shopping and lounging mile. You live between city-west and city-east in optimal situation of an interesting scene between Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz and close to Tiergarten, Berlin`s largest city park, reputed to be one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.

Numerous shopping opportunities close to the lively cultural-, scenic- and night life directly before the door. A large and beautiful market very near by, reputed as one of the most interesting markets in Berlin.
You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe`s and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by entice to diversified shopping sprees.

In Berlin you find a very dense public transportation net. Many sights are directy and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring it along at all. The apartment lies directly at U-train station Bayerischer Platz in the western city near Kudamm and Zoological garden, the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. Several underground lines, (night -) buses and a taxi stand are right in front of the door.

The next motorway departure is appropriate for a few car minutes far away in the south of the apartment and is called "Innsbrucker Platz"
From the airport Tegel you take the bus 109 up to the station "Jakob-Kaiser-Platz" and change into the U7 (direction "Rudow") and drive up to the station "Eisenacher Strasse" (24 min.). From the airport Schönefeld take the bus X7 (direction "Rudow") to the station "Rudow" and change into the Underground U7 (direction "Rathaus Spandau") and leave at the station "Eisenacher Strasse" (44 min.).
From Hauptbahnhof (central station) take the S75 (or another line) to the station "Charlottenburg", go to the underground station "Wilrmsdorfer Strasse", take the U7 (direction "Rudow") to the station "Eisenacher Strasse" (24 min.).
