Enjoy an exclusively equipped 2-room apartment (48 sqm) in the heart of the city with bright rooms. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it's a location in a quiet side street makes it a quiet spot. Whether you are in town on business or as a tourist, we are sure you will be able to feel comfortable here.
The living room has got a parquet floor and a leather sleeping coach. A flat screen television, double sound system, DVD player and free wireless internet connection are also available. A cordless phone can be used free of charge for phone calls within Germany (except mobile phone calls). You can rent a parking space for your car also.

A fully equipped American style kitchen including dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, electric stove and all the rest of the equipment you will need for cooking and eating.
Further you will find a bathroom with bathtub and a modern brand washing machine with tumbler. Wardrobes both in the hallway and in the bedroom allow plenty of room for clothes and luggage. An ironing table and hair dryer are of course also available. A cosy double bed (200x160) is almost inviting you for a rest after an exciting day exploring Berlin.

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT at the current rate of 19%. There is a one-off charge of EUR 35 for cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay. Please note that these prices are not valid during major events, public holidays and other holiday periods (please ask for an offer).

The apartment was completely renovated in year 2008 and the furniture in the entire flat is new and modern. The apartment has also got a floor heating system. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony during the summer months or finish off your day by relaxing there with a glass of wine in the evening!

The apartment is situated in a superb location. It’s to be found between Alexanderplatz and the scenic district of Prenzlauer Berg. Great public transport connections are only a few minutes away. Kollwitzplatz with bars and restaurants and the scenic Hackescher Markt are only about 8 minutes walk away. Nearby you will find a lot of bars, restaurants, shopping malls like “Alexa”, small boutiques and a theatre called “Volksbühne”. A more central location will be hard to beat!

The apartment itself is situated in a nice quarter of houses with even a playground in the courtyard. A lift is available to reach the 6th floor. A 24/7 “service-on-call” is also available for special requests.
