A comfortable, separate, attractively furnished guestroom (19 sqm, for max. two people) with a comfortable double bed in a beautiful well-kept Berliner grand period building. Bathroom to share (the guestroom is part of a private 4-room-apartment of 115 sqm). Another guestroom (blue) in the same apartment can be rented additionally. Free WLAN-Access.

The guestroom is situated in Schöneberg, a central area close to Kudamm, Berlin`s famous shopping mile and elegant promenade. You will live between city-west and city-east in an ideal situation between the interesting central areas of Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz. The apartment is also close to Tiergarten, Berlin`s largest city park, reputed to be one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.

There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby, as well as trendy areas and a lively cultural- and night-life directly on your doorstep. A large and beautiful market (Winterfeldtmarkt) is also nearby, reputed to be one of the most interesting markets in Berlin.

You will meet the typical mixture of antiques shops, countless cafés and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquarian bookstores, antiquities and small businesses. The many small and medium shops in the area offer a diverse shopping experience.

Marble bathroom

In Berlin you will find a very extensive public transport network. Many sights are directly and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their car parked, or do not even bring it at all. The apartment is situated directly at the underground station Nollendorfplatz in the west of the city, near Kudamm and Zoological Garden - the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. Public transport (underground lines and busses) are right in front of the door.

The nearest motorway exit is situated about 3 kilometres away - south of the flat - and will take you only a couple of minutes by car. It is called Innsbrucker Platz.

Since 1st January 2008, Berlin's inner city is an "environmental zone", where only cars that comply with strict emission standards are allowed. You will need a sticker with information about the emission standards of your car.

From the airport Tegel you take the bus 109 to the station Jakob-Kaiser-Platz, change there into the underground line U7 (direction Rudow) and travel to the station Eisenacher Strasse (24 min.).

From the airport Schönefeld you take the bus X7 (direction Rudow) to the station Rudow and change here into the underground line U7 (direction Rathaus Spandau) and travel to the station Eisenacher Strasse (44 min.).

From Hauptbahnhof (central train station) you take the S-Bahn line S75 (or another similar line) to the station Charlottenburg, change here into the underground station Wilmersdorfer Strasse, and take the underground line U7 (direction Rudow) to the station Eisenacher Strasse (24 min.).
