2-room apartment (64 qm) situated near “Kurfürstendamm” in Charlottenburg, very close to the exhibition hall. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished. It is on the 3rd floor of an elegant old town-house which faces the street, and has the high-ceilinged rooms typical of a Berliner art nouveau building. The perfect location in the centre of Berlin! There are free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.

The apartment has original parquet and floor boards, high ceilings with lavish stucco, central heating, and is equipped with modern fittings and facilities for self-catering. You live in two rooms. The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double-bed (160cm x 200cm), two bedside tables, two wardrobes , as well as a work space. The living room has, besides dining table and chairs, two sideboards, a large bookshelf, a sofa bed, a TV and a hi-fi.
Free internet use (WLAN), as well as towels and bed linen are, of course, also at hand.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as all the usual kitchen appliances and crockery. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub.
The apartment is located in the central Berliner district of Charlottenburg, in close proximity to “Kurfürstendamm”, Berlin’s famous shopping mile and elegant promenade.

You will be living in a perfect location in the west of the city, optimally situated in the interesting neighbourhood between “Kurfürstendamm” and “Potsdamer Platz”. Nevertheless, even in the middle of the city you have a green oasis virtually on your doorstep with the nearby lake “Lietzensee”. The apartment’s immediate neighbourhood offers numerous shopping possibilities as well as cultural attractions and a vibrant nightlife.
This area offers the typical mixture of antiquarian bookshops, countless cafes, diverse gastronomy, art shops, galleries and small businesses. The numerous small and larger shops in the vicinity entice one into a rich and varied shopping experience.

Berlin possesses a very compact public transport network. Many sights and attractions are within quick and direct reach. Owing to the central location, many guests choose to leave their car parked, or even not bring a car at all. There is a choice of several underground/over-ground train lines (Ubahn/Sbahn), in addition to (night) buses in the vicinity.
The nearest motorway exit, Kaiserdamm Süd, is a few minutes drive away to the west of the apartment.
From Tegel Airport, take the bus no. 109 to the stop “Haubachstraße” (13 min. journey time). From Schönefeld Airport, take the regional train to the station “Charlottenburg”. From there, take the bus #109 (destination “Tegel”) to the stop “Bismarckstr./Kaiser-Friedrichstr.” (46 min. journey time).
From the central train station “Hauptbahnhof”, take the over-ground local train (Sbahn) to “Zoologischen Garten”. From there, take the underground train (U-Bahn) U2 (destination “Ruheleben”) to “Sophie-Charlotte-Platz” (21mins journey time).
