3-room-apartment (85 sqm) in a grand period building (4th floor) with high stucco ceilings, charming living room, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with washing machine and dish washer. Two welcoming bed rooms with comfortable double beds. Icluded are bed clothes and towels. A large eating space for for your dinner, breakfast or a red wine in the evening. Free internet connection.
This is a charming and familar apartment of a Berlin artist. We are looking also for an architect, artist, photographer, media people, people from the music scene and so on. But - of course - a family and every "normal" people also are very welcome to the apartment.

TV, Midi-set, generous space for clothes and luggage. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, dishes from wine glass to frying pan, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster serves the fast breakfast as well as an extended and delightful dinner.
The apartment is located in the central Berliner district of Charlottenburg, in close proximity to “Kurfürstendamm”, Berlin’s famous shopping mile and elegant promenade.
You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe`s and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by entice to diversified shopping sprees.
There are free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.

In Berlin you find a very dense public transportation net. Many sights are directy and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring it along at all. The apartment lies directly at U-train station Nollendorfplatz in the western city near Kudamm and Zoological garden, the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. Several underground lines, (night -) buses and a taxi stand are right in front of the door.

The apartment lies directly at U-train station Richard-Wagner-Platz in the western city near Kudamm and Zoological garden, the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. Several underground lines, (night -) buses and a taxi stand are right inearby the apartment.
How to get to the flat:
The nearest motorway exit is situated 3 kilometres away - north of the flat - and will take you only a couple of minutes by car. It is called Dreieck Funkturm.
From Tegel Airport: take the bus no. 109 (direction Zoologischer Garten) to station Haubachstrasese (13 min. journey time). From there it will take you only a couple of minutes by foot, about 500 metres.

From Schoenefeld Airport: take bus no. X9 to the underground station Rudow, change into the underground line U7 in the direction of Rathaus Spandau and get off at the station Richard-Wagner-Platz (54 min. journey time). From there it will take you only a couple of minutes by foot, about 200 metres.
From Hauptbahnhof (the main train station) you travel with the S-Bahn (the urban railway) and get off at the station Zoologischer Garten, change into the underground line U7 in the direction of Ruheleben and get off at the station Deutsche Oper (13 min. journey time). (5 minutes). From there you will have a walking distance of about 150 meters to the flat.
