The apartement is situated in the heart of Berlin (see the green point on the left picture) and is situated in the side wing (right hand side) on the first floor. A few steps from here, you can reach the prettiest locations of Berlin by foot in a few minutes.

Price per overnight stay for 1-6 people. 120 Euro plus 30 € onetime for final cleaning.
Bedlinen and towels are included. A special baby bed can be positioned additionally (10 Euro per night)
We can personally welcome you to the apartment.
Arrival and departure in the night (21.00-8.00) cost 20 € extra. The Payment is 30 days before arrival. At cancelation under 30 days you have to pay hole the rent.
